These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and rs7869 (hereinafter referred to as "rs7869", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the rs7869 website located at https://rs7869.cam and all associated content, services and features available thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

To be eligible to register for and use an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use:

You are permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 11 and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

All information submitted during registration must be truthful and accurate. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure.

rs7869 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its absolute discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your Account.

All activity conducted under your Account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized that activity, unless you have reported unauthorized access to us promptly upon becoming aware of it. To report suspected unauthorized access, contact our support team at the email address listed in Section 18 of these Terms.

We recommend that you:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication if offered by the Platform.

rs7869 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from rs7869 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

Deposits to your Account are subject to the payment methods available in the cashier at the time of transaction. Available methods may vary and are subject to change at the Operator's discretion. rs7869 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Distribute, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit any Platform content.
• Use any rs7869 trademark, logo or brand element without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any other website or service without written permission.

Any unauthorized use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence. To request permission for use of rs7869 content, contact us using the details in Section 18.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rs7869 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or relating to:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform.
• Any reliance on information, content or guidance published on the Platform.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or personal data.
• Any losses incurred as a result of gambling or betting activity, whether through the Platform or any linked Operator.
• Any technical failures, interruptions, errors or inaccuracies on the Platform.
• Any Force Majeure event as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rs7869 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by law.

rs7869 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if, in our reasonable judgement:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any related policy.
• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of Prohibited Conduct as described in Section 11.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation or court order.
• You have provided false or unverifiable identity or age information.
• Your Account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by the Operator's inactivity policy.
• You have registered during a period of active self-exclusion.

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, any Account balance — including bonus funds and any winnings derived from Prohibited Conduct — may be forfeited in full. rs7869 will assess whether the forfeiture of any funds derived from legitimate, non-breaching activity is appropriate on a case-by-case basis.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. If you close your Account voluntarily, any active bonuses will be forfeited. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to the completion of any applicable verification requirements.

rs7869 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Where amendments are material, rs7869 may endeavour to notify registered users via the email address associated with their Account. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 15.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rs7869 is incorporated or principally operates, as applicable. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be referred to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

For users accessing the Platform from Pakistan: these Terms do not constitute advice on the legality of online gambling under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. rs7869 does not represent that Pakistani law permits access to or use of online betting platforms. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable law in your location.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable whilst reflecting the original intent of the parties.
